While I love the comic, not a gat-damn thing happens. Plot development is now worse than a soap opera. I’d say there are spoliers ahead, but there’s not. Cammy learns that Rose is responsible for her de-programing and a little fight occurs.
ChunLi isn’t in the main story because she had to leave the country all of a sudden?
Perhaps the sales numbers aren’t up because there’s no resolution to anything.
I don’t want to hate, I really don’t. Either the pacing or the format is going to have to change, otherwise we’re never going to finish this story.
I think if this comic was coming out once a month then the pace wouldnt be such a problem. The problem is when it does come out once every 5 months you expect a whole lot more resolution to happen

Gen died in issue 4 remember? Yun & Yang called her to tell her of Gen’s death on the last page. I dunno about you, but if my grandfather (or in this case someone so close to you they might as well be your grandfather) died, I’d be gone immediately.
BTW, I think this might be the first ever issue where Ryu does not make an appearance.
I don’t think its that the plot is moving slow…its just that the issues don’t come out monthly so it seems as though the story is going slow when in actuality it isn’t. If you really step back and look at it the pacing is moving alongly quite swiftly…but not too fast. We wait about 4 or 5 months at a time for these books so it seems slow, especially when we already know a lot that’s going to happen being already famialiar with the plots and the main events that go down with the characters. Just hang tight, there’s going to be a quite a bit coming up that we already know, that’s a given since they’re going to follow the storyline much more than not. I’m enjoying seeing it in action.
If anything, the biggest spoilers are gonna happen in the upcoming tournament when the match-ups begin. PEACE!!
