I find that Alex plays like a combination of T.Hawk and E.Honda, since he has, more or less, Honda’s charge moves, as well as a lesser version of Hundred-hand Slap (Flash Chop). His normals are also closer to Honda’s.
Meanwhile, Necro, I think, is more like a Dhalsim who should be played like Blanka.

Can someone explain to me how Balrog is more like Q than Duds?
I’d say both comparisons are pretty sketchy. All that ties Balrog to Dudley is that both are boxers (but like, the opposite kinds of boxers anyway), and all that ties Balrog to Q is that both have a couple dash punches.
Balrog and Dudley similarity is just that they’re both boxers. They have very different moves and play totally differently. Balrog’s style of play is more like Q, but even that is stretching it.

That’s exactly what I thought too. That, and Hugo and Alex seem to be rivals, like Hogan and Andre the Giant were.
