2 match videos (I’m player 1, and I have a lot to improve upon)
they’re both 400MB large or so, and both around 45 minutes long.
All I can do so far is write some shit down. I havn’t been able to try any of it out as of yet. But it looks cool at hell.
With a bit more range it could be usefull…maybe. lol
This is something overlooked a lot by SF fans. The EX series sold WELL. It played awesome. The was nothing to re-learn in terms of general mechanics of the system. In fact, the system was expanded in the PERFECT way. To this date, I don’t think ‘supers’ were as well comboed into the game as well as EX.
EX gave birth to a lot of stuff currently used in SF.
This game needs some props.
hehe, its a good run away tactic :P. Do it when the counter is near its end and you’ll be off the screen for the duration of the match. A vaible tactic when you’re ahead on health and playing run away.

improved video of the shoryuken, and a character and situation specific ryu link against Zangief (can also be done on Darun, and they must be crouching).
In the same way Gambit’s or Ruby Heart’s is? Wouldn’t it get axed (or maybe not, considering that Ryu needs every inch of help he can get, like Juggy)?

yes, but both of them have the same “fly away and wait for time over” capability as that Ryu bug. And, AFAIK, the Gambit and Ruby Heart bugs are banned in tournaments and very, very rude in casual… hence they are not “viable run away tactics.”
I included the “juggernaut” comment because Ryu sucks balls in EX. Juggy’s powerup bug, while a bug, is allowed. I was suggesting that Ryu’s bug give him a slightly better chances at winning, but still not enough to make him broken, hence should be allowed.
Ryu isn’t that bad in EX. And if you took a look at the video, you’d see that it isn’t that bad.
Does anyone else here play as Darun, Rosso, Shadow Geist, Zangief, or Kairi in SF EX3? I think at least two-three of these guys are top tier (Darun, Geist, Rosso)
I play a bit as all of those. Though a bit less with Zangief and Shadow Geist.
Wait… you are one of those guys (on picxie side) about the Dan stuff in SF Alpha 2?? hmmm… this is interesting.
I will be making EFT on 2005 with the help of some people, what do you think about showing up on the EFT 2005 so we can have some fights on the tournament? (since you live closer to Lisbon than I… can you come?)

I see… this is even MORE interesting, so if you are THE Dan guy… then we must play some day against each other (A2) so I can see your dan in action (if you are available of course), I will go to Lisbon a few days before the Tournament and if you can: we can meet there and play before, during and after the Tournament, is this ok with you? Do you live close to Lisbon? close to Porto? Faro?
btw: can you explain those “rooling eyes” about “Ryu not bad in EX?” (I would like to have things clear because Im willing to play against you)
Ryu is horrible in EX, EX+, and EX+a (which is where the bug is, right?).
He doesn’t hold a candle to Zangief, then again most characters don’t. Though my brothers Ryu has given my Garuda quite a bit of trouble (back when I had a good garuda lol).
