Will you be at the next combobreaker? Is 2 old 2 Furious traveling?
I’ll probably be at the next combo breaker, it is a local major for me.
Min and Apoll0 have made their rounds to combobreaker for the last 2-3 years. Last year we didn’t play but the year before I played Apoll0 and wiseguy.
There was a good showing for old school games though this year. 116 entries for ST, I think 46 people for VSav, Soul Calibur 2.
I don’t know who I gotta tweet to be informed about majors that still have old school games. For example, we had a huge vsav showing here for Northwest Majors, but I had no clue it was even a thing. 116 for ST is real nice, I would travel for that.
Yeah, looks like there was an unofficial tournament for 3s. An official one for CvS2 (that BAS won without much trouble).
Though I do agree, besides combobreaker, 2O2F and NW, I don’t know of many tournaments that still support some old school games.

ARIKA to exhibit in EVO 2017
ARIKA Co., Ltd. will exhibit in EVO 2017, the world’s largest fighting game event that held during July 14 through 16 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We will bring its “The mystery fighting game competition April fools’ day free play event” from Akihabara, Tokyo to EVO 2017 in order to meet a hot love calls by users in abroad.
Free play event will be held at our booth (#111) during 2 days on July 14 & 15 only.
We plan to develop newer version that implement new system called “GOUGI（強氣）” as location test so that we would like to feedback from players.
- We would like to have a survey from US customers by internet
- Playable characters will be 3, Hokuto, Kairi and Galda
- Limited number due to 1 playable station
- 2 visitors play at same time

株式会社アリカは、現地時間2017年7月14日(金)から16日(日)までネバダ州ラスベガスで開催される、世界最大級の対戦格闘ゲームイベント『EVO 2017』に出展します。
当社は、2017年4月1日に東京秋葉原にてエイプリルフール企画として1日だけの『謎の対戦格闘ゲームの対戦会』を実施しましたが「海外のユーザー様からの熱いラブコールに応えたい」と考え、今回『EVO 2017』でも体験会を実施して海外のユーザー様にも体験して頂きたいと考えています。
体験会は現地時間2017年7月14日（金）と15日（土）の二日間、弊社ブースにて行います。
※3日目は体験会はございません
今回の体験版は4月1日のエイプリルフール版に手を加えた物に、新システム『強氣（ごうぎ）』も試験的に投入しており、特にユーザーの皆様からのご意見を賜りたいと考えております。
※アンケートはインターネット上から行える様にしたいと考えております
※使用可能キャラクターは、ほくと、カイリ、ガルダの３体を予定しております

I know that you asked me before. But honestly if there was someone that could figure it out it’d be @jedpossum I believe he figured out how to do that for ex1 arcade, and ex2 (just like the director mode in the PSX version of SFEX2p where the 2nd controller controls the camera.).
