First you got V-Guy, V-Dan, V-Mika, killer A-Boxer, A-Rose. Then VER goes A-Chun, V-Bison, X-Charlie, A-Ken, V-Akuma, etc… Lotsa fun.
Chun-Li does KK recovery. (If she would not have done it, she would be in the invinvibility frome the auto-flip.)
So the explanation.
Chun-Li wake up. Dictator hits her in jump-start-up (actually in the air already) Chu-Li does nothing during the jump, so she gets hit and go into the neutral flip that should grand her invinvible frames until she touches the ground again. But since the Chun-Li player mashes KK, the roll is activated and Dictator can hit her again.
EDIT:
Those Videos (the UZVI exhibition and the Sakura round robin one) make me re-fall in love with Alpha 3 again and again and again.
