Greetings all. I’ll make this short and sweet. I’d like to do an online tournament with at least 12 players but we can do up to 20 or more. It’ll be like the usual tournament except…online. I’d like to work the kinks out so I’m open to suggestions.

How will payouts work?
The players who place 1st, 2nd and 3rd will receive codes they can redeem for whatever equates to currency on PSN, Live. 1st Place will receive $40, second gets $20 and 3rd $10. Once the top 3 are established they can send me a note with their payment method of choice. They’ll receive it no later than a day afterwards unless something really really really bad happens to me.
Will there be a losers’ bracket?

How many games per set?
Pools are best 2 out of 3. The semis and grandfinal will be first to 3.
Is this just for players in the U.S.?
Only North American residents can enter.
What will happen if I can’t play at a certain time?
I know that real life can do some funny things to us so I will show leniency and the tournament will continue while you sort things out. However if you’re not ready to go 10 minutes after the last game in a pool is played then that will be considered a forfeit.
What if I miss out on this tournament? I want that fight money.
