Thats right Anime Castle is having a Street Fighter 4 Tournament at 35-32 Union Street in Flushing N.Y. on Friday February 20th at 5:30 pm. Bring your A game as players battle it out for a chance for their very own copy of the game on a system of their choice. Entry is only 10 dollars per head and spots are being filled fast so if you think your good at Street Fighter bring your A Game and take home the gold!

game is going to be on ps3 you can bring your own sticks but we will provide controllers to players (ps3 controllers) The matches are best out of 5 single elimination tourny starts 5:30 6:00 if you come a little late and its still the first round you can still enter.

Tourney starts at 5:30-6pm (we run a weekly tourney of smash, halo, and others street fighter 4 will be going last)

My supplier has informed me he will be getting the shipment of street fighter 4 Tomorrow or Wednesday now with my supplier it is not certain if he will get it early or not. There were times where I got big games really early like metal gear solid 4 and GTA 4 and there are times where he has told me one time and I got the game a week later… I will post in this thread if I do get the game in or not…if I do get the game early I will be holding a practice tourney for 3 dollars on Friday.

ill make a post if i get them…well friday is a little weird becuase we have a video game tourny every friday ( Smash, Halo 3 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom)…that starts at 4pm. Smash always goes first and usually lasts an hour or more so i dont know what time the other tournies start. It will most likely be around 5:15 5:30 if we have the game early like the distributer says.
first the good news…i will be hopefully have a practice tourny of street fighter 4 this friday. bad news is its becuase the guy got the distributer got the asian version of the game not the english version. he forgot to leave that tidbit out… Anyways i will be picking up the asian version for a practice Tourny this Friday hopefully ill make a post if there is any change of plans.
is the prize for the practice tourney just “bragging rights?” Can I suggest using the practice tourney to seed players for the $10 tourney? That way, single elimination won’t be so bad…
practice tourny we have a prize box you pull prizes out…which could be for manga dvd’s credit and other stuff.
I’ll consider entering this tourney if its not some peter pan bullshit.
