SRK is so hateful. The SF4 forum has a bunch of people hating on the game by comparing it to 3S, and then this thread has all the 3S hate. TOO STRONG.
I used to like 3rd strike a lot. I dunno why though, I just quit liking it.

3s is a great game. If you dont like the parrying in it then its because you never got to grasp the engine to begin with. Granted the game does have its flaws but it came out in an age before the internet where communication took a lot longer to get from point A to point B. Just look at how SF4 turned out, its much more balanced than SF3TS.

I think it stems from the fact that we were stuck playing it for 12 years and now there there is finally a sequel people are moving on. I have to, I cant go back to 3s anymore. Not because its bad, its cause ive been playing it for 12 years.
A HD remix I think would be great, making it like the 4th installment of the series with tweaks and maybe 3 characters added from SF2. I say, Guile, Zangief and Sagat. Chun li SA2 gets brought down to 1 stock, Kenās SA3, either make the bar longer or make it a 2 Stock SA. Yun SA3 needs a longer bar. Whiffing no longers builds SA meter, just like SF4. Buff the lower tier characters like Sean. Just some changes I would like to see if this were to ever happen.
They never got over Capcom removing all the characters from SF2/Z. Personally, I miss Makoto, Urien, Dudley, emo Remy and even broken Yun, oh and Second Impact Sean + stages.
