Just seems like a bit of a big assumption when we didn’t even see the move’s animations and it had none of the level 3 hyper effects attached to it.
Yeah, there wasn’t any chorus sound effect (even Skrull’s level 3 had it in his debut video IIRC despite using only 1 level at the time, and now it uses 3), it used 1 bar, and he wouldn’t be the first person to have 3 level 1s and a level 3 (Wolverine is the other person, and I’m willing to bet Joe will have 4 too since we’ve seen 3 level 1s with no chorus, and his level 3 from TvC is likely to be in too in some form).
Morrigan has three level ones also.
…Huh? Am I forgetting one? I can only count two for her.
Missile, dp thing, and dark force.
…What’s her Dark Force again?
Mirror image thingy. If I weren’t on a phone, I’d part a link… If nobody does so before I get home, I’ll send it over then.
Yeah, my mind’s blank right now.
Here.

haha beat me to it, yeah that.
Oh right, that was a super too wasn’t it? I think I only saw it all of once in use, and that was during the Comic-Con stream in some random match. Haven’t seen a single vid with it in there since.
Well that vid shows both her darkforce that lets her do anything doubled for a set time and her lvl three(Darkness Illusion?) at the end of the darkforce combo which is an autocombo. It is doubled regardless of weather or not you have dark force up. Darkness Illusion usually uses Lillith instead of a second Morrigan and I bet they will have her in the final version. Highly Thor related discussion going here.
so back to the point, 2 lvl 1s 1 lvl 3 isn’t a set rule
The throw super doesn’t give the ‘omg a level 3’ noise either, as far as that goes.
You mean this (the 1st super) i thought that was her level 3.
It is her level 3, but there’s another super she has that works exactly like the first part of that Darkstalkers vid where she summons a clone on the opposite of the opponent that does every action you do, in a custom combo/Soul Illusion/etc. type way.
Wow, more Morrigan talk here than in her own thread.
I kinda see Thor being the more projectile friendly version of MVC2 of Colossus. He seems hard to get in but once he does he does massive damage. That electric ray assist should been given less startup because I find it too slow to be usable at all. Well there’s 2 more assists that haven’t been revealed.
Edit: Also forgot to add, he could make some good mixups with his air command grab. Just like Colossus, which both can combo into it.
Collosus wasn’t a true grab was it- it could be blocked and combo’d into. Thors is an actual grab so it resets if you tag it on the end of an air combo, right?
Yes you are right. Even do I see Thor being very good with those air resets. Also his super looks very good.
I posted a video of the other Dark Force hyper somewhere. Forget where.
EDIT: At the end here.
