Storm can dash through Hsien ko for a cross up when Hsien ko tilts her head back while standing.
Got it to work for Magneto if she is crouching. Probably just going to be a STSFF thing for a horrible upset 
Also just found out you can pass through in X factor if Hsien ko is crouching. It’s easy to do in lvl 2 and 3 X Factor. It’s possible to do it in level 1 X factor but you have to be right on top of her.
