why does the Arcade scene in Stockton sucks ass?
because SGL don’t fix their controls. ESPECIALLY 3S. I say to everyone of you that goes to SGL, if a stick is broken or a button is messed up-- COMPLAIN. If a lot of us complain, they have to listen. After all, they are running a business. I’ve complained about 3S for a long time, but no one listens. We also gotta show loyalty and appreciation to the arcade-- we are the only ones who can make it better.
Anyway, Vick, I doubt that I’ll be able to go to SGL this Friday, Saturday or Sunday. But I’ll post up again if I can make it. My plans are a bit tenative right now. And I want to go, but we’ll see.

Holy shit And I thought philth was the only one from stockton. I havent been to golfland in awhile. Plus on the 25th of july ima gonna move near hammer lane. 
Oh well, I usually play cvs2 and mvc2. Anyone know who that white guy is who uses sakura A groove? He always kicks my ass, he has acne and glasses. Also theres this other white guy who always has a drink with him. Anyone know who they are?

LOL, and yes its true! everyone in Stockton suks at MvC2, there is no competition at SGL! The ones that do play play scrubbyass low tier teams like Gin,Gambit,Iceman,Spiderman, (which is used by the only black guy at Golfland his name is Jamar) or they talk alot of shiet and thing their really good but they aint! I live in Stockton and i do go play there once in awhile, but SGL is DEAD! The Competition there is weak, I HAVE SEEN MUCH BETTER! IMO, im glad i aint from this shithole of a town, im glad im form SAN JOSE 408! If anyone thinks that Stockton has a chance in Evo, ROFLMFAO, FORGET IT! By the way, has neone seen that one cambodian guy with the yellow ass teeth, who is always wearing that fadedout yellow shirt? Well, he is SUPPOSE to be the best in Stockon in Marvel, LOL! YEAH RITE!

theyre used to be good MVC 2 players in Stockton I saw them
mostly at Nuaghty Nicks but that was back in 99/early 00
before Bush was president.

you know I to have lived in Stockton for a while to once witness
that Stockton once had a good arcade scene aswell as good
players I remember seeing good SNK gamers in Stockton
when OZ(Weberstown Mall) Tilt(Sherwood) even EL dorado Bowl
(now gone) existed .
Tilt had good game players at MK2, Killer Instinct,
Darkstalkers, X-men COTA , Samurai Showdown 2 and you if you
want to go back in days Street fighter 2,CE,turbo. It just wasnt
one good player it was like 20 and the scrubs would be obversing
and watching the good players.

I never went to Supercade though I dont know why they got rid

Sup, 2d Empire! Im GLAD someone actually agrees with me on something, the competition in Stockton is dead! There is no competition in Stockton, cause nobody really takes the game seriously nemore, and the people that do play dont even make an effort to go to tourneys at all like everybody else!The last tourney that the so called GOOD players went to was the Northern Cali Regionals and guess what? They got their asses handed to them!I guess that what happens when you think your good and you dont need practice LOL! What part of Stockton are you from 2d Empire? I would like to meet up with you sometime.
Stockton GL just needs to host a tourney. Make it cash prizes then you will see results. 
Like the last tourney someone had stolen the prize money. WTF!:lol:
