Just got MvC2 on the 360…it has some hiccups here and there but on the character select/next stage, and win screen. I haven’t noticed any during gameplay though. IGN says the hiccups weren’t on the PS3 version and I know it wasn’t on the demo. ts not a biggie I guess as long as the gameplay goes well but I’ll play it some more to make sure it don’t happen during gameplay.

Rex- King of fighters was pretty good. some of the characters are pretty anemic (clark) and There are some terrible glitches (chinfinite and Raiden vs elizabeth come to mind) otherwise, i’d say the system is just as fun as SF4’s. so hopefully this online ridiculousness and those glitches can get addressed.

if allen comes back next month and gets 1st, your shot at gettin the pot is no longer fray. keep that in mind. if allen doesnt come back, then yeah, go to KC but if aaron gets first, same rule applies since they both are tied at 2nd on points.
edit - holy shit, 1st place gets 9 points(noticed cuz this was Shekeib 1st tourney and got 9 pts). rex, if u go to KC, i can already tell you that your chance at winning this season’s AR will drastically drop. not only can allen and aaron beat you, so can JJJ. so choose wisely.
2nd edit - if boxer made them quit, then they shouldnt be playing sf4. at least new school stl dont whine about characters.i wouldnt be surprised if the outcome was smaller than last month.

I’ll say this, I haven’t quit SF4 necessarily. I have just taken time off to work on BlazBlue, as I am thoroughly enjoying that game right now, and wanting to get some solid skill down in that. I’ve also been playing a ton of Soul Calibur, as that seems to be the big one here. I’ll probably be back playing SF4 sometime soon and trying to tool up my Chun to come for that money.
That’s if I can now peel myself away from dat Mahvel, son!!!
Ramen - I’m planning to pick up the guide for the game. If you want to get some practice time in lemme know, I’ll PM you my cell # (forgot to earlier for some reason), I’m thinking tomorrow or fri. The guide has CCs and BnBs, so you can mash less and get some big dmg going. I understand 100% that you don’t want to buy it just now. $60 for total barebones features and effectively no netplay is complete bullshit if you’re on the fence.

hmm makes the decision easier. john try to get the local comp flowing, should be better without stl bullying the sf4 players. if you guys can get back up to like 15-20 i will be back. aerial rave had almost 30 just with local players last time, we almost got a scene! kc could change your date too tho, you guys have a chance to get cake in blazblue up here if you make the trip.
