I didn’t have to convert yours. I shouldn’t of had to convert any, but Jeff’s format… while it worked, didn’t get along well with Vegas. It wasn’t letting me do any overlays (like the logo) or the PIPs without it eating into and doing weird shit.

Now, I feel like he’s either 1st or 2nd. Its not that his position has changed, but our adjustments have allowed for the other characters to close the gap on him. So its not that we’ve just made him weaker, but we’ve made the other characters more competitive with him.
seems most likely ill stick with sagat for the time being. as most already know, even i agreed sagat was broke and im a sagat player. this should be great. “angry charge”, i have ideas for you. since this move acts like a super with the freeze frame, im thinking, TU xx angry charge xx ULTRA. now if thats possible, thats kinda broke as well. only using up 1 bar as opposed to 2 bars for the FADC. only thing i have to gripe about is why lower his vitality? i believe his vitality should haved stayed with all this damage being reduced.

Also, I’ve been trying to play on GGPO and when someone invites me to a match the screen says it’s loading and nothing happens. I can play offline just fine. I read the FAQ on the GGPO site and I’m guessing it has something to do with port forwarding. Can anyone confirm this?
