obvious Reasons why 2k3 sucks (this is just the tip of the iceberg)
Duo- regular hop can beat out most HIGH jumps (wtf). a teleport that goes though just about everything and always lands behind you no matter what (even full screen)
His rekka-ken has the brokest options ever: high low mixup or into command throw or into teleport. command throw starts the guessing game all over again because hes safe when he teleports. most of his moves are completely safe. has 100% with just about every character from tag in (or tagging out). if he has iori on his team and duo hits you, your fucking dead. since both have command reset grabs it prolongs their tag combos. Also duo has a move which STUNS you which gives him enough time to do special tag that allows another character to start a combo. (and it rarley damgage scales)
Tizoc- broke ass super invinsible super it eats up EVERYTHING, elbow that has the biggest hitbox ever and crosses up randomly.
Grapplers (besides tizoc) have NEGATIVE priority, ive seen people throw clark out of his command grab (wtf). regular Throws have super priority. As in you can throw people out of supers even thought the super came out before your throw, or throwing people out of special moves (ive thrown ryo out of his fire ball even though he was in mid animation and the fireball wall allready out).
2k3 isnt going to be in any major tournies, and SBO last year they were trying to ban certain characters. 2k3 has numerous broke characters (duo,iori,jhun,MALIN, ash turtling bs).
2k3 ālooksā good (new Kā sprite and Robert sprites are hella good) but the game play is pretty broken and most characters have been severly raped and cant ever compete (whip, maxima, leona for example).
