Midwest has wanted a tourney to go down in Columbia, so here it is…

Questions that NEED answers from the players:

**Do you want to have a head to head set up for Slash using 2 Tv’s?

If we do this it’ll most likely be for the semi’s and finals. I will look into this and hope you guys make a decision, but I can’t guarentee shit… Post up.

**Any other games that you’d like to have a tourney for? Team tourney’s?

You guys should definatly make it since Columbia isn’t that far away from STL. Hope to see as many as you guys here as possible. I’m gonna try to have Slash on a Head to Head set up using 2 Tv’s, at least for the semi’s and the finals.

We’re trying to make this a good turnout tournament that means its up to you guys to support the scene. If you can’t make it they post up on the thread anyways and tell us what you think about the tourney, suggestions, talk shit, whatever, just check the thread out.

I don’t wanna have this tournament if no one is gonna show up, so tell me if you can make it or not, and if not, can you make it next weekend? Just post what weekend you could make it. I wanna get most of MidWest at this thing.

fracKtured, since people have asked about MVC2, there’s a chance we will have it. We don’t know if it’ll be on the cabinet or DC since the cab isn’t too great. Its up to the players to decide, so go on the thread in the tourney section and tell us what you guys think MVC2 should be on. Now, MVC2 may not be one of the main tournaments, but if there’s interest for it, it’ll be a fun side tournament and I’ll help run it.

We may reschedual to next weekend, depends on how many people will show up. Keep an eye on the tournament thread to see if it’s been reschedualed or not.

Any arcades in STL? I was there a while back and played at an arcade in a mall, it was on a lower level, had an indoor miniature golf course. I seem to remember a decent selection of fighting games. Any one go there? What was the mall called anyways?

Is it still there? If not, where could I find some MvC2 games? I’m headed out there next month.

Any help is appreciated.

That would be Tilt in Northwest Plaza. They have lots of fighting games, but the sticks are bunk, so we usually just get together at someone’s pad.

Let us know exactly when you’ll be here and we’ll get some Marvel in.
