It seems like you used to suffer from the “its too hard so fuck it” approach to the game, but that has gotten much better. Hell your the only chun that even does double ex legs. When you punished my sweep with ryu into ultra i realy wasnt expecting you to do that, keep it up!

That’s true. That’s my big issue. not only that but it makes me not want to do certain things out of fear of screwing up and getting punished because that happens. And I haven’t decided on what I’m going to do about Sagat yet. I ended up downloading SFIV for PC for the hell of it and after playin it for just a few minutes, I got sucked in again. The only slowdown I had was when I was using Ryu and doing an ultra. It was like watching him gather power in slow motion and then it goes back to 60 FPS, then he shoots it out. lol
yeah i can tell, and playing guilty reinforced it. Since i was only hitting my super maybe half the time, made me hesitant to try and do what i wanted to do. I say if you feel better on pad, stick with it. These days theres no reason to force yourself to learn stick, especialy if you play with a ps3 pad. Think of it like baseball, theres a certain a-typical approach you want to take with hitting, but plenty of players have been great hitters/pitches while using wierd stances. Just cuz playing on stick works better for most, doesnt mean playing on pad is wrong.
