STL and the east side boys

send me the info as well.

well i mean, the dudes been MIA since then and that was 6 months ago

oh shit jeff in the house?

I need Sanwa buttons and a stick for my SE. Anyone selling them around here, or should I turn to the internets?

i got 6 red screw in sanwas

$18

i got stuff that people need but not cash, and cash is what i need to be able to make stuff like AR every month.

So how big is team fraaaay gonna be at evo?

Its gon’ be big!

I think Nick, Keits, Rex, Syxx and you are going. So about 2/3

I have an extra JLF but no mounting plate. You can use the one already in the SE if you don’t strip the screws like I did. Also have a dark hai ball top and 6 dark hai obsf-30 snap in sanwas if you’re interested. Send me a pm or something and we can work stuff out from there.

Looks simple enough. I’d be afraid that I’d be hunted down by a fanatic for destroying a Saturn pad, though.

Have you tried a MadCatz fightpad? People have suggested that they’re similar to Saturn pads, but having never played on a Saturn I couldn’t say myself.

Yeah, he tried one… and we both pretty much immediately decided the diags suck. really can’t beat those sexy saturn dpads…

if anyone remembers SinfestBoy, gimme an AMEN!!! the great marvel player to grace stl.

man, i remember spittin that boy’s name as a psycheout as if we were playin BASEketball.

So…any stl Weaponlord players? :o

so rex, do you think i should buy another JLF?

WOW. old school.

What’s wrong with yours? Is something faulty with your TE?

glen and rex said it felt different than the other TEs they played on, glen speciffcally said it felt “broken in” and he said he had to do tiger knee motions in order to fireball consistently. He did assure that I probably shouldn’t worry about it if i myself am not having problems with it, but i dunno, I just don’t like the fact that my TE feels differently than his TE. It should feel exactly the same.:bluu:

They definitely feel different after being played on alot. I play for an hour or so on the sticks I mod to make sure everything is working properly. Each one is a bit different. (The differences are much more obvious in the buttons, though.)

If you aren’t having trouble getting your moves off, there’s no need to replace anything. Also, you can switch out the components that are worn and relubricate it without having to replace the whole stick.

yeah, there’s no differences in the buttons at which im happy about, just the JLF. And I personally don’t have any problems with my JLF, but if it does start to feel different to me then i’ll worry. Yeah so when you put a chtulu in the stick will it be just as easy to replace the parts/relubricate the components in a TE?

Sorry, no. I don’t have any extra components, except for some leftover MadCatz stock stuff.
