Not ditching the game for any particular reason or for tears, I just bought into the hype… and haven’t been enjoying myself as much as I thought I would be. Plus I bought it when I really shouldn’t have.

I tried to give Fight Night Round 4 another go…shitty controls. Its like playing Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO…except you can only use the right analog to play. And you have to swing the stick up to land a Fierce Punch. Complete bullshit. I hope that patch for the controls come soon.
I might buy it from you. It’ll take a few days for me to get $50 though.

I wanted to say thank all of you guys for being who you are and making the scene what it is in STL…hell Missouri-Illinois, I never thought I would get to be apart of something like this ever I thought I would be confined to web pages and user names, but I get so see you chill with yall and talk shit face to face, and I want to thank Jeff for this opportunity to get to play others without thinking of lag and other XBL bs. I know I wont be the next Rex I don’t want to be I just want to play and learn the small things I can, this post is not me quitting any game but its meant to say that I’m fine where I’m at as a FIGHTING GAME player, and that SFIV is one of the only games that I care enough for to break my very first arcade stick. Why do people tear about a new game that they’ve only been playing for a month??? P. v-13 is not that bad imo. Sure she has some tricks but it’s not hard to get around.
I’m still learning the game mechanic though. I still don’t understand why sometime I cannot block in the air for example. I assume you cannot block during dash/ after attack. What’s the benefit of super jump vs normal jump beside higher and faster???
So far, I love this game due to the fact that online experience is awesome. There’s minimal lags. Playing online with this game can actually be fun. On the other hand, SF4 is great. Online with sf4 is another story. It’s fucking suck hardcore playing online . It’s probably due to the game mechanic. SF4 require more execution in small windows.
Maybe your right, but I to me its still to early. I’ll give it some more time and see where the game takes everybody.
hey we are and always will be cool with each other. You know I’ve got nothing against you or anyone playing her, it’s strictly just the character herself. I can see why people would be enamored with playing her, like i said more power to you guys for finding fun with her. I’m just really jaded to that kind of character archetype, and her attack method just isn’t impressive to me cause I’ve seen it before in another game. Props to arcsys for actually making me like a catgirl character. They couldn’t do it for me with the robot character but hey, 1 out of 2 aint bad. and really when it comes down to it, my only problem with the game is her, I think the battle system is fun and really friendly to newcomers, I like the speed, I like everything about the game but her. Thats a pretty good game If I’ve got one problem.
And hey, I’m cool with all the people that are waltzing in here QQing about the alleged “tearing” going on this thread, which is real ironic considering they’re the ones who making up the brunt of it by reading the first sentences of me and rex’s posts, immediately thinking we’re whining about something else and immediately shit themselves at the thought of someone having any problems at all, thus compelling them to type with their mongoloid hands “Lol, at the crybabies,” instead of you know, actually reading what we wrote and asking us to clarify where we are coming from with our position like Aaron and Andy. but hey, if they wanna look like dense, illiterate, assholes thats their prerogative.
