I’m looking to get artwork done for my future Madcatz SE fightstick. I am willing to pay if that is an issue, as long as it is a reasonable cost.

I want the artwork to be based on that album cover - “Nightmare” by Avenged Sevenfold. The theme of it should center the tombstone which says “foREVer” (This is a tribute to their late, great drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan) I’m not looking for a simple copy artwork and paste on a template, I can do that. I want the whole artwork based on the album cover.
Here is a good example of what I mean. This shoe company took the album cover and made a pair of custom shoes for a customer:
