Abel can tech reversal throws on blocked step kick dash cancel without starting a throw. Pressing throw at the end of the dash recovery frames enables a 5 frame tech window that overlaps with a reversal throw’s active frame. Pressing any button after throw removed the 5f window, so it’s not possible to recovery tech and cl hp.
