I agree. I always thought it sounded like a place holder. I think we could see the return of ‘Take You For A ride’.
id hate to say but im liking Ryu’s theme this time around
Best themes IMO are Doctor Doom, MODOK, Trish, Thor and Amaterasu.
Doctor Doom’s wasn’t an immediate hit though (I wasn’t familiar with the old theme), but after forcibly listening to everyone’s themes many times over it’s now one of my favourites.
I would suggest people listen to themes they didn’t like at first though, I found I like pretty much all the tracks now.
I’m also excited about Shuma Gorath’s theme, I thought his theme was easily the best from MSHvSF.
Yeah Maverick Hunters had some nice remixes, Spark Mandrill was very good indeed along with Storm Eagle imo.

So far im really liking Spider Man’s, Trons and Wolverines. Trons is nostalgic and boss, and Wolverines is straight up Power Rangers, Spider-Man’s during the reveal was just DAYUMMMM.
I like Cap, Ryu, and Joes theme for nostalgia’s sake, but the remixes themselves kinda suck.
I hope Omega Red and his MSHvSF theme is in 
Hope they release an OST for this game. Too bad it doesn’t come with the CE :(.
So far I like everyones theme song, Dooms not that much do.
The best ones so far are Hulk’s, Arthur’s, Cap’s, Ryu’s, and Zero’s for me.

^I think it is a place holder, debs. Based on the Take you for a ride theme being back, I wouldn’t be surprised if that remix is used for the character select theme.
