How is ST ryu ranked higher then ST boxer?
That tier list should be taken with a grain of salt, don’t even have half the characters on it. I’m not even gonna argue with it, it would make my head hurt too much.

Your t5 list is kinda messed. Kuma is definitley not the worst in the game. Bruce, Armor King, and Drag are definitley the bottom three. Wang, kuma, and yoshi are all better than those 3. Granted the game is incredibly hard to tier, there are mistakes with that. Lei is no where near that high either
eddy and lee should be a tier higher. Baek probably in tier C or maybe even D. Nina is higher. Lili, jin, ling, and Roger lower. Kaz should arguably be Tier S but theres debate over that. Julia isnt the 4th bestin the game, if anyone is, Feng is. Steve should be moved a tier lower.
Internationally, 3s is the biggest 2d game and has nice newb friendly graphics. (Besides maybe KOF in Mexico/Korea and all that, but… whatever) I don’t know how the UK scene for Marvel is, but the only scene I ever hear about from the UK is 3s (recently) and T5 aka Ryan Hart. Best 3d game for comp I can see is T5 cause I don’t think many Americans or UK players are going to stick with VF5.

Then again people disagree on Slash tier lists all the time I guess. That list is pretty much accurate for the most part though, the only thing I might possibly change is Anji, but the guy has knockdown on everything, autoguards, no really bad matchups, and some of the best basic mixups in the game. All he lacks is high damage. Testament is the same way. No really bad matchups, higher damage than Anji, knockdown on everything, solid runaway and solid rushdown etc. The characters in B tier just aren’t quite as good as them. Slayer/Johnny would be in Anji/Testament’s tier but they suffer too many basic matchup problems.
Hokuto is close, but last I checked Rei was on the same tier as Toki. So…

The game should also be “dominant”, not difficult. Toki and Rei absolutely dominate anyone of the bottom 5 characters. Juda and Raoh as well just not as badly. There is a very large gap between the top 5 and bottom 5.

If you want a game that Japan gives a crap about, is balanced, oozes of depth, and is fun (not to mention has great graphics). Then hell, no brainer = VF5 ftw.
I don’t get why people don’t play this game, it’s fun, deep, good graphics, great character balance, and played like crazy in Japan. What more do you want?

Level Selecting is a bit complex:
Pool A: Final Destination, Kirby’s Dreamland 64, Battlefield,
Yoshi’s Story, Pokemon Stadium, Fountain of Dreams.
Pool B: Mute City, Green Greens, Rainbow Cruise, Kongo Jungle 64,
Brinstar, Poke Floats, Corneria, Jungle Japes.
The stage for Game 1 will be selected at random from pool A. Any games after that can be from pools A or B.
After the stage has been selected by the losing player, the winner of the previous game may change characters, but has to pick first.
No stage may be used twice in any given set.
Glitches used to stop your opponent from controlling their character or indefinitely freezing them (Mewtwo’s Soul Stunner, the Ice Climber freeze glitch), or any glitch or trick that freezes the game or makes it unable to be finished are banned and will result in the immediate forfeit of the entire match.
#Tactics such as Peach’s Wallbombing and Jiggly’s Rising Pound are allowed as methods of recovery or to maneuver around the stage. Using them (or any similar tactics) to excessively stall a match, such as dropping below levels intentionally and stalling underneath, is banned. If by using one of these tactics, you have put your character in a place to lose a stock by ending the tactic, a judge may force you to stop and lose a life and continue the match short a stock.
