people always ask me how to get better. The only way to get better is to watch korean vids, and practice everyday on non-money maps. There is no easy way to get better just keep playing everyday.
Yeah, you don’t even need to watch Korean vids to get better. I mean eventually you may, but if you’re just beginniner to intermediate you aren’t going to get pro over night. Simply watching replays of your losses will help you improve. You watch, pinpoint your mistakes, and learn what your opponent did to best you. Then, with a small amount of practice, you should be able to prevent that situation from repeating itself.
it all depends what race you, cause you have to know what counters what. Watching korean vids helps, its like how people watch vids of evo to learn
Heh, actually it wasnt me OR fishjie. It was that Tiberton guy and that PoeticalNinja guy. I was SUPPOSED to be Tiberton’s teammate for the match, but we were having some kind of weird lag problem and you ended up doing the match later with ninja subbing for me.

i got most my exepreince in the age before replays (didnt come till 1.08) or match vids (BATTLE REPORTS!!!), and when the “world champion” wasnt even korean. but i was very good back then in that environment and id like to see how i can stack up against people who play currently and how tactics have changed. you still around?

What’s worse is I think I’ve occasionaly brought up that match with RPDrookie, and he always tells me, “It wasn’t fishjie!” Apparently I really wanted to play fishjie.

Anyone watch Bisu vs Stork Ever OSL semi-finals? Shit was brutal.

LOL @ Bisu’s probes just stuck with nowhere to go. Stork’s PvP is ridiculous. Hopefully, Jaedong improves his ZvP and Stork his PvZ. Would suck if the quarterfinal and semifinals were more exciting than the finals. :looney:[/details]
If CT had made something else after his mass zealot swarm that destroyed Magnetix and Tiber’s mid tank D, we would’ve got it. My side got raped by a mass BC wave and that was with an assload of spore colonies out front.
And I could’ve swore it was Magnetix and Tibertron who we both played against.
Speaking of nuclear launch, there was a while on battlenet when the Nuke hack was ruining many a SC game.
I remember watching CT play a game and out of nowhere we hear “Nuclear launch detected!” three times. Next thing we know CT’s money as well as his teammates money has been nuked. We were really impressed and thought that was one of the best ghost jobs ever…
But then we heard “Nuclear launch detected” spammed another good 15 times a minute later and nothing was left of CT’s team.
who uses mass BC’s in non-money maps? Bunch of noobs that’s who, id dark swarm and have plauged there ass.

Well, we were playing a money map. =p
WHOEVER we played lol, me and RPD had challenged them to a zero clutter map because we wanted to show how zero clutter actually requires skill, just of a different kind than regular maps. Cuz you know, everbody says “There’s no skill in those maps!”
Of course it blew up in our face and we failed to prove our point, but it’s still true nonetheless. =p
And RPD, I didn’t make anything after my zealots because I thought you had things under control. We’ve both beaten 2:1 odds before, and I thought you were going to steam roll them. Also, my zealots didn’t kill any tanks because they didn’t make any. They massed pure BCs. My zealots only took out most of their bases, until they lifted them off the ground and I sat there with my thumb up my butt.

2v2 nr15 (CT toss, RPD zerg, tibertron terran, whoever terran)
CT makes an assload of zealots
RPD makes guards/devs
Tibertron makes assload of BCs
his teammate does the same
I laugh maniacally and beat off real quick, expecting an effortless victory

no rush money maps are for noobs. Its not that hard to deal with rush’s. Lately ive been playing 2v2v2v2 on BGH as Zerg its hard and you dont win most of the time unless you Muta rush there main and kill all there workers
