RE: 5 rax reaper…This is absolutely a strong strategy. Early roach/splings can fend it off fairly well (especially after Gilial Rec. gets researched); however, YOU WILL GET ROLLED by the counter-tech marauders that the T is massing to counter your roaches. It is essential that you bank a hefty amount of gas heading into Lair so that you can muta push as the marauder ball is heading into your natural. I have learned that the hard way (and watched idra, et al, beat morrow with perfect muta timing). Once you repel the Marauder/Reaper push, Z should counter-attack while T attempts to take their natural and transition to Mech. Spling/bling/roach/muta push at this time is very, very strong.
There will be a patch, but it won’t be the patch that people expect (lurkers added to zerg, banshees removed from the game) but stuff more subtle (Roaches armor increased to 2 again, Roaches supply dropped to 1, all zerg units get 10% less speed reduction off creep, Void Rays now take longer to reach max charge, guardian shield now nullifies EMP) that will have big impact on the game

Alright, so this weekend, is there any interesting in setting up some 1v1 matches with observers? Like if people have trouble with specific matchups and need help, they can request a match and people can chip in? No matter your skill level, I think you could learn a lot from getting other peoples input in the matchups and seeing how other people handle certain matches.
I’m thinking weekend is best because of all the time zone differences, something like 7 pm pst on saturday would allow everyone the chance to make it no matter where they live.
I’m down for this.
Sounds like an awesome plan. Online poker players do these all the time (sweat sessions) and it works well.

I am also up for some games… I haven’t played in over a week now (I think) because I’ve been too busy doing IRL stuff.
Jumped from 29th Gold in 2v2 to 40th Platinum after just one game. Yeah that makes sense… and yet I’ve been stuck in the 1st-3rd place in 1v1 Gold for the longest time. Although to be fair at that point we were beating diamond players half the time.

If you help her, you just kind of leave her there on the planet while she offers for you to settle down with her. You pass because you’re a badass. After seeing the second cinematic, it’s implied shes probably infected and is going to end up just infesting the place anyway, at least IMO
