Star Wars

Preach on!

The Tartakovsky Mini series was cool, but no one could follow up what Tartakovsky made what force wielders really could do.
It actually made Episode III worst as Mace Windu got taken out way to easily after solo bare fisting a whole droid army.

Not to mention single handedly crushing Grievous.

It’s like absolutely no one in LucasFilms gave Tartakovsky any clue what they were doing for Episode III.

I think its more that Tartakovsky did his own thing and gave no fucks. Also Cartoon Network Didn’t think the Tartakovsky Mini series would have the impact it did.

More proof that Cartoon Network has absolutely no clue what the fuck they are doing at times.

It was Star Wars done by the dude who mad Samurai Jack. There was no way it was going to do anything but massively succeed.

But those brain child who runs CN never showed the series again and George Lucas struck the series from cannon as soon as the CGI Clone War series came in.
At least everything else that got the ax got the ax by Disney

cn is notorious for axing good shows with decent ratings.

They didn’t really ax it though, it completed naturally, right before the opening of Episode III.

Honestly, CN isn’t to blame on this one. Even if they didn’t think it’d be that big, they certainly advertised it for all it was worth. Chances are due to Lucas retconning the series as soon as he could, he was probably one that made the call to CN to make sure it didn’t come back.

They’re to blame for MANY things, but I think they’re innocent on this one.

This, Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars was meant to be a tie in prequel to Attack of the Clones. Not an ongoing series.

Yeah, in fact, without watching Tartakovsky’s run, the opening of Ep 3 is kinda confusing, all things considered. Or at the very least, rushed and utterly pointless.

IMO, Lucas cut Clone Wars from the canon out of sheer jealousy.

Wouldn’t the haters only take issue with your suggestion that anything good came out of the prequel trilogy?

I’m a casual, myself. Rather liked II and III.

I thought it was stupid as shit when Tartovsky or whhatevers show was struck from the record. It as liked the missed the memo about it being told on a legendary somehow got miss filed or something.

I belive if you are going to watch all the films you should watch them in Machete Order
Ep4, Ep5, Ep2, Ep3, Ep6. Note we skipped Episode 1 all together.

Mace Windu is Snoke.

that was a damn good read. might try it when i feel the urge to do a SW movie marathon lol

Notice how episode 7 is missing too ROFLMFAO

Notice how the date says 2011.

would would require Jion use his brain and that’s just something he’s incapable of.

Way I see the films and Machete Order, it tells the Story of Luke Skywalker (not Anakin, it was never about Anakin).
Episode 7 from what I see so far is a start of a New Saga and the passing of the torch to a new generation of heroes.
With out Episodes 8 and 9 I can’t say if Luke or Ray or someone else is the main focus of the new Trilogy.

And what D3v said the article is written in 2011.
