Yeah Voyager ruined The Borg. Every time ratings lagged, they put out a Borg episode. After awhile they stopped being special. They kept losing to a solitary marooned Starfleet vessel.

Well, it’s the same reason WWE is bringing back Razor Ramon and the OG crew of the WWE this Monday… Seems like Discovery aint hacking it with the viewers. Also doesn’t help that it’s only streaming and not on TV…

Depends… Fan base is super split. Alot hate it and alot like it too. Especially with the wackyness of this season and us trying to figure out how they are gonna fit this into the continuity of star trek. Since it’s Canon it has to find a way to fit in for it to make sense. Alot of this tech just doesn’t make sense to exist atm. That’s part of the fun for me and my friends

Data didn’t die in Insurrection. You are thinking of Nemesis. They gave themselves an out with B4 though. All of Data’s memories were downloaded into to B4. So if they want to bring back Data, they can.
