Now that looks like Star Trek. That dude playing Pike, I like him. He seems to have a presence about him. Hopefully the show is more like traditional Trek this season.

With the Dr return I wonder if there’s a chance Captain Lorca returning (especially with Georgiou’s spin off show in the works he’d make a great adversary)

Bravo Discovery team, that was a super 2 part finale, gonna miss Pike.
All the over zealous nerds can finally unclench their buttocks, the universe is as it should be …kinda

Going to be interesting how different things will be 950 years into the future.

I really enjoyed Season 2.

Like most people I’m not a huge fan of Michael. She’s ok, I’m not hating but I really wish Pike was the MC, the same way I wished Lorca was the MC in Season 1.

Overall great show. Can’t wait for Season 3.

I have yet to see this show but I am a casual Trek fan.
I loved Next generation and thought Voyager was mediocre.

Would you recommend ST Discovery Seasons 1/2?
Thankfully they’re on Blu-ray so I don’t have to subscribe to CBS all access

It’s not a traditional star trek. It’s more adventure and their alot of deviations from the Canon even though the series is technically Canon. As long as you are open minded its fun.
