ST is the main course. Some of the people that gather at Julien’s have serious Evo aspirations, so it’s sort of like training sessions rather than the social gatherings at Zach’s. Julien is also a fan of CotA. CotA is to the Versus series as Street Fighter The Movie: The Game is to SF2. Good, pointless, mindless, skill-less fun. Only without Kylie Minogue’s ass.

I’d say CotA is to the versus series as Samurai Shodown 1 is to the SamSho series. It’s broken, but everyone is broken, so it’s fair. And there’s definitely skill.

Hella fun gaming session. The cab spoils people. I was racking up a streak against Dan because no one else wanted to get in the console rotation of ST. Since he got tired of being and “old lady”, he asked that we switch to Marvel. Then, people wouldn’t let me in on the cabinet rotation until I stopped playing Marvel, so I had to get up and fight for a shot on the cab. In short, there’s a conspiracy to keep me from racking up more than 12 straight against Dan.
