You can borrow my PS2 for the next month if you think it’ll help. I think other ST players will actually need theirs to train for EVO themselves. But you’ll need to purchase your own copy of CCC2, as I don’t have one. Someone said that Target had it for $10 around 2 months ago. I was about to buy a copy back in March for use in the league, but then Nate was kind enough to lend his to the cause. Speaking of which, if I’m bringing my PS2, who’s bringing a copy of CCC2 on Thursday?
So, I guess I’m in for Thursday. Could someone with a Tekken stick (or any stick with a hefty HORI-esque base) please be kind enough to bring it. I’m one of the few willing to play on the console setup when the cab rotation is high, but those tiny boxes don’t mesh with my violent nature.
Edit: I’ll also be bringing my DC with TDC2, so Marvel heads and second rate citizens need not fret. I still want to see Gouki’s super in Super Turbo, dammit. I’ll bring my Innovation converters, but I won’t be bringing any sticks.

I no longer have the buttons, but I need a stick modded. I have a ps1 dualshock pad for it.

I do, I don’t have a ps2 stick and I hate using other people’s shit.
There’s no advantage to playing ST on console other than to get used to a stick for Evo. ST on CCC2 is emulated so the arcade version is the same by definition. That being said, I’ll take my stick and play on the PS2 when not in the cab rotation, because I’m not sure if I can tolerate the japanese sticks the whole time I’m there.
