First off i wanna say I havent played against everybody on the list so I can only vote

Dictator - Rizone ( I think thats how you spell his name )

Ken - DGV (the Ken brother (Vintage, I think )

I’ve only played bushin kid and fatherbrain at this game. Fatherbrain is quite good. I guess he’s the best Vega player I’ve played. Not like I normally play this game though.

I don’t think this is gonna mean much because a lot of characters only have 1 or 2 people playing them anyway. Like I’m the only person I’ve seen who mains Dhalsim in all of kaillera besides J-Blaze and he ain’t around anymore. You should probably make distinctions for characters with distinctly different O. versions anyway: like O. Ken, O. Hawk, O. Guile, O. Honda. DGV almost always plays O. characters because he’s actually a SSF2 player not an ST one.
