Some of my favorites are:
Ryu: close standing mk, over head strong from max distance, and jumping roundhouse.
Fei: crouching fierce looks hella cool. standing fierce too. jumping straight up and strong or fierce.
Geif: standing strong. close standing forward boot. splash (jumping down fierce)
