st.rh has 1f faster recovery and is 0 on block and +4 on hit, used to be -1 on block and +3 on hit.
Hado/ex hado both have 1f faster recovery
Retains 3f c.lp/c.lk, only her Chun, Ken, Cammy, and Feilong has that now.
Shinku Hadoken is 1+11
Tengyo Hadoken is 1+7
Those are the changes I noticed in her frame data.
I was pretty certain that her tengyo was faster than her regular shinku, nice to have it on paper

in general she feels more or less the same, with the same problems. she got better zoning though.
If she really got 4 frames cr.lp and cr.lk I’m dropping her.
Good stuff man! I was sure c.lp , c.lk felt a bit clunky. I thought maybe my PS3 pad was lagging or something cos it didn’t feel right even in training mode. I knew Tengyo was faster from tryiing the U2 setups. It had to be faster!

the 4f c.lp/c.lk nerfs are almost universal. few characters have 3f light moves now.
1 frame quicker is nothing to write home about, it’s still pretty slow
That is interesting about Shinkuu Tengyou compared to regular Shinkuu eats crumpet
c.lp/c.lk are unchanged, I had to double check in training mode and they combo from hp sho x fadc

i didn’t notice much changes. (s.rh is clearly visible, Hado too), also forward j.mk seems to have better priority (at least thats what it looked like for me)
while j.hk seems to be alittle worse.(not in jumpins but in other situations)

But didn’t they change her shoua xx fadc?Isn’t in one of her trials to do shou xx fadc ~ st.mk, which is 4 frames?

j.hk does work worse as a jump-in, I can’t use it anymore to stuff anti-airs with.

I could’ve sworn it was 5 frames in vanilla, now it feels more like 4. Though I could be entirely in the wrong on both points.
Close HP was 3 Frames
Crouching HP was 4 Frames
