Hi. I’m wondering if someone can help me figure out the character levels of each character in SSFIV. What I mean by character levels is Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. If someone could fill out this form, that’d be great! Thanks!

What exactly is your goal, here?
This is a really difficult thing to judge. Sometimes simple characters can be easier to start with, but become harder at higher levels of play, and vice versa. As to rating how difficult a character is to play in relation to the others, you’re opening up a pandoras box of subjectivity of tier list proportions. Long story short, just pick a god damn character :xeye:
that sounds like way too much work for no good reason.
Some people’s versions of ‘easy’ are different from others. So there really can’t be a definite list of what certain people find comfortable. Some are good zoners, others are executional specialists, etc.
Just play all the characters and find who is easy to use for you, and who isn’t. Otherwise this thread is useless
It’s all dependent on the person. Just pick a character, stick with them, and learn anything and everything about them. Simple as that.
any character can be used at any level.
Some characters, like Ryu are jack of all trades and make it easier to explain the concepts the game has to offer, so he is often recommended for beginners, but arguably the best player in the world has used him to win many tournaments.
That’s what I mean. Ryu is easy to explain the basics and easy to pick up. C. Viper however is more advanced and seems better to pick up when you get a better understanding of the intricate workings of the game. I was under the impression that, when making the game, Capcom had in mind a skill level for most characters.
Just start playing every character in the game until you find the one(s) that work for you. The main character will find you, trust me 
Starting out in SSF4 I anticipated my main to be Bison or Guile, now its Sakura and Seth(two characters I could care less about in the beginning). Just pick someone you enjoying playing.
