Sticks and pads are available. Feel free to bring your own controller. Tournament players have 1 hour prior to tournament time for casuals/warm-ups (7pm), otherwise you have to pay the casuals fee. On that note, in addition to hosting weekly tournaments, the store is also open every day for casuals during regular store hours. Casual Stations: $5 for All-Day casuals until you leave (or $2 for 30min.). Game-line up: Super Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Street Fighter x Tekken Tekken Tag Tournament 2 King of Fighter XIII Blazblue: Continuum Shift Extend Dead or Alive 5 Persona 4 Arena Skullgirls JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure *Note: Players who are gone for more than an hour must pay an additional $1 if they return again to play All-Day. **Note: If a player wishes to change games for a station, they must pay an additional $1 for every switch. This is just to ensure that people are serious about what they want to play so that the owner does not have to go through the hassle of constantly switching games because people want to dip a little into everything. The store is well located and as such, there are plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. Just to clarify, the Saturday tournaments are for SSFIV only at the moment. We’re still looking into running tournies for the other games, but are just waiting to see what the turn-out will be like for the SSFIV tournaments and perhaps what the demand will be like for the other games.

With that said, if you guys have any suggestions for anything, feel free to post them up. Since things are just starting up, there will definitely be room for changes to be made. If there is a day that you guys think would work better for tournaments or if you Marvel players would like to try to set something up, don’t hesitate to ask .

Had a good turnout for the first tournament with 14 participants. Congratulations to the winners Snake Eyes and Hugo101 in taking the tournament! The brackets and results have been placed in the second post. Thank you everyone for coming and we hope to see more people again next week!

Edit: So, due to numerous requests and much feedback, DVD AVE. will begin hosting tournaments for UMVC3 every **Tuesday, **in addition to its SSF4AE Saturday tournaments. However, due to the fact that both Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on a Tuesday, back-to-back, the first UMVC3 tournament will not occur until January, 08, 2013, so start preparing!
And as usual, feel free to stop by for casuals at anytime during regular store hours

I’ve been going for about a month now and there’s some very nice sets that have been happening. DVD has a nice jill player, taskmaster player, and recently a ghost rider player stopped by and raped everyone. Danny has all the decent players on his cell so if you stop by he always tries to bring in some of the best.

Ran a Round Robin with 6 people last Tuesday. Now that the Holidays are over, we’re hoping to see better turnouts in the coming weeks! Start preparing for SCR!
