That’s technically a threat; if you wanted to troll him further you could send the message to Microsoft and get his account suspended.
Please do that Geniuzz. One less scrub on XBL is a small victory for all of us.
I’ll tell you, this is the first time ever that I filed a complaint about ragemail. I like trash talk as much as the next guy, but this was just plain stupid. I hope Microsoft takes action and bans this loser.
I’m glad to say my first message was quite a positive one. A few moments after beating a newbie Akuma, I got something on the lines of “lol nice game ur tough”, which made me smile. I replied back warmly in kind.
The next time I get my ass handed to me I’m gona say-‘all you do is read my actions and act acordingly, NOOB!!’
not that i’m taking that guy’s side but how is that a threat?
Played someone named xX IB 3 A IR Xx today. I think I played this gamertag before but then again, how do you remember a tag like that lol. So I nearly perfect Akuma with Seth on the first round and then the game disconnects. Pretty sure it was a ragequit, but I decided to give the benefit of a doubt. I sent this:
What happened? Did your router crap out on you again?
I get this:

Apparently, she’s a girl. So I sent her this:

Then she sends me this:
http://a.imageshack.us/img812/2193/xxibairxx2.png
She didn’t get the reference, so I sent her an apology, saying that I wasn’t trying to be mean and that the quote was from an old cartoon. I even sent her a friend request later and made a promise not to use Seth against her, but she declined and went back to grinding in Ranked Match. oh well…
If you guys come across her in ranked match, tell her Dreadman says hi.
Was playing in Endless the other night with randoms, and got on a nice streak. The name of the host was TrueNaruto or something with numbers on the end. Anyway, he sent me a message saying “You’re good.” and even though I think I’m ass, I said “Thanks. You’re also good”.
So, when I played some random guy in a following battle, I caught him with Vega’s tackle into the Bloody High Claw, which left him low on energy. I proceeded to de-mask and de-claw Vega before finishing the battle. After that, I got kicked, then received a message saying “I was wrong about you. You’re a piece of shit. All real players hate assholes who pull that crap.”
Oh, well. Is de-clawing/de-masking Vega a bad thing, guys? I was only having fun.
I played against that tag. Tried to play basic Akuma but probably didn’t understand the backdash mechanic.
This might be the greatest thing I’ve ever heard. “You play like a reallllllllllll FUCK nigguh.” This is the type of video that should get a crapload of views on YouTube.
I got a beautiful, simple message from v Red Bull x : Your not even good.
Which is hilarious, because he got 2-0’d.
I recieved a voice message the other day from someone who didn’t like to get thrown. I was mixing up my block strings with throws and blatantly walking up to throw. I guess he was trying to tech but was evidently too slow.
After beating him down he sent me a message calling me “a typical internet player” and that “everyone’s got a throw”, that I “should do other moves” and that I’m “a fucking dick”. (I guess he got to the end of his rant and realised it was bollocks so had to resort to swearing.)
I replied saying “just learn how to tech and you’ll do alright”.
I might still have the fight in my match log. Man I hope so. Will look tonight.
You was kind of wrong for that. You pour mad salt in the wound. Dude probably thought you was insulting him.
I disagree. DD didn’t do anything wrong, Naruto guy was just a thinskinned rude host.
And I’m amused he speaks for All Real Players.
Haha! You’ve pulled this one on me a few times bro; every time you do, well…while I wouldn’t say I lose my cool, I definitely become much more motivated to knock you senseless. That being said, I play against you more carefully since I don’t wanna lose!
There’s a lot of cats out there who take it personal when they get taunted, and I’d say out of all the non-taunting ways to taunt someone (switching to Dan, picking Training stage only for them, etc), Vega’s de-claw/de-mask probably takes the cake. You can just imagine the steam flowing out their ears when they can’t handle a normal taunt and some dude is clowning them while purposefully gimping his character.
He probably would’ve chuckled if he wasn’t the victim.
Got an IM saying “pussy” after the guy was running the entire time. I replied with “That’s something I know alot about and you only dream of!”. He didn’t have much of a comeback just a “Haha you’re very funny!” Must of struck a nerve or something.
It doesn’t happen to me often when I play Chun. (When I started trying out Guile I got loads of people accusing me of being, in fact, a member of the order Testudines.)
But after beating a pretty basic Guile going by the tag “xX Danny Xx”, just by doing my basic intermediate Chun crap, in Team on XBL the other day, he promptly messaged me with “Reported, you nerdy little cunt.” Reported to what, one wonders… I figured he’d just neg-repped me, which happens a lot, but no…
Microsoft? Street Fighter police, maybe?
Funny coincidence, I ran into this guy today, too. He was hosting an 8-man tourny and his Ryu lost to (read: “got raped by the wall-jumps of”) a very competent Claw player, in the very first fight. After which he promptly disconnected, of course.
Wonder if that Claw got some love, too…
Got one today from a boring Ibuki player. He wrote “Sagat needed his fireballs nerfed, not his tiger uppercut, Capcom ensured that Sagat is top tier.”
Is Sagat really that good in SSFIV?
I know I’m only having a subpar night if I don’t get any hate mail.
