zero hate mail so far, and i’ve sent zero as well, even when i get mad that some motherfucker who picked his vanilla main is taunting me during a match when im using a new character. oh well, won’t last long.
you guys get hate mail? sigh…some players have no dignity.
I make it a priority that after every match i send a “good match, that was close!” message, or “nice trouncing, good sir!”. ive never gotten any negative replies. i had an epic match against dhalsim (i main dudley) and it came down to me using a corkscrew cross on him which wouldve hit any other character but dhalsims teleport put him behind me for the win when we were both down to a sliver of our life bars.
i sent him/her “LUCKY!!! lol jk, thanks for the epic match!”
i also lost to a guile spamming sonic booms, and i sent after the match
“good match, your guile is tough!” (even though it wasnt) and he replied
“lol, i do what i can. gg”
you have to give respect to get respect. i also made my title “polite gentlemen” and my quote is “nice to meet you!”. ive made about 4 friends since playing super on mt friends list

I had this happen a few hours ago i was in a 4 slot endless lobby and when it was my turn i picked Gouken(my main) and i beat him, he then kicked me so i sent him a message asking why and he said this “I kicked you because you didn’t use a new character that’s what super is for if you want to use old characters go back to street fighter 4”… i then turned my 360 off and took a nap… facepalm.///

i beat this guy on xbl( GT:Time MAchines) with my cody and he messages me “your not even good…” so i respond with send me a fight request so we can run it back if your feeling salty about it. haven’t gotten a response or anything. but i send out ggs n never get anything in return
PS. i agree with the last guy about the excessive taunting once they get one hit on u. i remember this one guy talked shit the whole round using adon and did jaguar tooth the whole round and all i punished with was sweep. you would think people would learn

Today someone just stopped moving during a match, I figured his batteries must have died so I waited for him to move again, by the way, I was Rose and he was using Deejay. All of a sudden I get a message from him saying that he might as well go back to playing SF4 if everyone keeps playing SF4 characters.
So I’m confused, first of all, you want me to pick a new character just because they are new? Second of all, how many goddamn Rose’s could he had possibly fought in SF4 anyway.
What was just rude about it was that he waited until the timer was at about 20 seconds before he walked up to me and kicked me in my face out of nowhere. Normally when you wait for someone they signal they are ready somehow, it was IMO just sour grapes he was losingwhich he did by the way.
people expect us to only play the new characters… I don’t get it there’s 35 characters now not 10! Morons I’m telling you.

I got kicked out of an Endless room after 10 straight wins last night, I lol’d heartily. Sad thing was I wasn’t even using my main, I was just dicking around with Seth and Makoto.

I usually do the opposite of hate mail, I’ll send messages like “You’re one of the better Makoto players I’ve faced” or “We’re on the same skill level, want to friend up to battle later on?” Want to know what’s terrible? The one message I sent about Makoto was replied with “lol nice sarcasm fagit ur bad and nxt time i fac u u wnt beet me!”
Haven’t gotten any rage mail yet.
I figure I must be doing something wrong. I gotta play lamer.
