Hoping she can do something like Karakusa>Tanden Renki Activation > Combo. As I see Tanden Renki being an Ultra and when the HELL was hayate ever super cancellable, lol.
I’d be really surprised if
SAI = super
SAII = Ultra I
SAIII = Ultra II
isn’t true for all of them.
Hopefully they’ll give her some good ways around baiting SRK, personally hoping that cr. LK > Hayate > backdash they SRK Whiffs works (maybe even TU!!! hell no thing has damn near 1/3 screen range …)

But Vega’s ultra wasn’t. Does anyone else see how high she is holding her hands up to do her choke grab. I guess that’s for the ultra tall characters which still probably is too low.

Or it could be like Balrog, you activate it, then depending on what you hold down is where it attacks to
can’t cancel into ultras so anything of that nature is out of the question
which pretty much guarantees that the beefier stun combos from 3S are no longer possible. whether that’s good or bad is your own call
edit - assuming that other moves don’t get further loaded up on stun to replace said combos
