Missing: Dudley
I like DOA, and that is good enough for me.
Wanting to know if few outfits, which very few look good would be avaiable instead of having to spend many points, all costumes should be no more then a premium theme.
For future reference VGchartz isn’t a reputable source, lol. Ugh the back of the DOA3 platinum box say’s 2.5 million sold and NPD numbers(US) + media create(JP) sales for DOA4. No one but publishers have European + rest of world numbers. The only numbers you can go by are the ones from NPD, Media create, and the publisher.
well, until someone gives me some actual other numbers, all i have to go by are the ones that are given. you may say it isn’t reputable, but you fail to give any substantiating evidence (outside of what’s “on the box”). even if there are said numbers, we’re also considering the point that the other numbers aren’t accounted for in other series’. if that’s the case, doa still holds the low end (if we assume statistics hold as they have in other areas).
when all’s said and done, all i can say is: whatever. don’t compare a game to another if you wish that game you like to not be compared to the other.
Who gives a whatever about sales? It’s stuff for the marketing dept. to play around with, doesn’t have any effect on the end user… unless you own stock in the company.
Most of the sales figures you see on a box are going to be inflated and exaggerated, numbers from all platforms combined, etc. Abstract at best. I guess it’s nice to feel part of a big group?

His alt is a big nerf ball because that’s exactly what he’s going to be in SSF4.
I’m not bashing the game. I LOVE DOAU2! It’s just DOA4 killed it for me with the stupid offensive holds and just overall weirdness of the frame data.
DOA3 would have been just as awesome, if middle punch and kick counter weren’t the same motion. That totally shits on some characters.
But I’m not gonna sit here and act like I don’t pack it when I’m taking games to go play at a friend’s house or something. Don’t get me wrong.
But as far as solid gameplay is concerned, you just gotta go with SF.
AWESOME! He can have that nerf football “armor” from a while back. And, when he does tiger shots, they come out in the form of nerf balls. Capcom! Do it!

I thought Dictator’s Ironman suit was butt ugly. The ones that I remember, that I thought looked good were,

Sagat- Just lazy they just adjusted his first alt and gave him Adon’s armbands, gloves, and made his eyepatch band longer(Laziness)
