Capcom was originally going to do this alternate costume but they found it glitches out with his stomach. You can see it in the art gallery when you do Seth trials.

i’d rather have this option. alt costumes sucked ass in sf4 and i would rather have custom colors if they decide to give people tights or big ass bows behind their backs.

With all the plundering of the old series you’d think they’d bring back some costumes.
i think anyone who bought the dlc for sf4 should carry along to ssf4, first and foremost…and i’m capcom has already done this. 2nd, i think they should have an option where you can save your characters look, personal action, and color…so you don’t have to do it everytime you play against someone…the game will already know to load let’s say ryu’s alternate in grey with personal action 9 and win quote 3…without having to do the actual work time and time again. i also think like someone else said, this time around…be a little more creative with the alternates, bc most of them were pretty lame IMO…like, e honda, akuma, gouken, dhalsim…just giving them big pretzels on their back, lmao…jk…but you get what i mean.

Yea i would def love 2 see some actual costumes alts. not huge braided pretzels on ppls backs, or have gym shoes and chain be considered a alt costume.
Its not like there aren’t street fighter movies, were they could take some ideas from… but i would def be okay with just one alt, just as long as they put a lil more effort and ideas into them!
Nah not a fan of palette customizations. I would rather they included one more outfit, so we have Orig, Alt1, Alt2. (10 colors each)

Hawk, since he’s so f’in dumb looking needs like a sombrero and a poncho, or something like those dudes wear in his Stage’s background in SFII. Seriously, the first time I saw Hawk I thought I was gonna vomit.
Ibuki and Makoto just NEED to be in this game, I guess what was mentioned earler, T-shirt and jeans for Ibuki, and maybe a more feminine looks for Makoto would work. But above all, THEY HAVE TO BE IN THE GAME. Although Juri is enough to sell me, I guess.
Hmm. Have the DLC costumes from the first game remain DLC only if you have paid for them in the first game. Give each character a third DLC costume with the new characters getting two DLC costumes each.
As far as costumes go, I would like to see more inspiration gathered from previous games and Street Fighter fiction.

So that would make like 3 costumes all in all for every character, that would be sweet.
I would like some extra alt costumes to pay homage to older Capcom characters just like they did with Zangief wearing Hagar’s clothes.
In that sense I want Maki’s for Cammy, Poison/Roxy for Rose, Batsu for Ryu, Mika for Cammy, Lord Raptor for Dhalsim, you get the idea.
Chun needs her officer outfit. Sakura needs some casual clothes (or maybe a more rough, street fighter look) and so does Ryu. Cammy could use a full body suit MGS style. Rose needs something that shows skin…
The introduction of cosplay outfits would be nice. Chun and Ryu dressed us as Hideo and Kyoko. Cammy as Tiffany (we can get lots of padding!), Bison as Demitri, or something… the possibilities are endless.
