No more figures, please. A friend of mine bought the limited edition Resident Evil 5. He took out the Chris Redfield figure, dropped it on his table and its arm broke. So cheap. I still got my C. Viper figure still in the box, unopened. Those things are like toys from McDonalds.
If anything, just do what Tekken 6 did and throw in an art book or something. We don’t need another round of TE sticks with all the different ones available now. Maybe a DVD of combos like what BlazBlue did, just for the noobs. I’ve just remembered that little strategy guide that came with SF IV’s limited edition. That thing was so crappy, all the combos were something anyone could have figured out themselves, lol. Just a soundtrack would be all good though. Maybe a poster too but no toys. If I wanted an SF IV toy, I’d go to Toys “R” Us or order one online.
Here’s what the $60 LE should have in my eyes:

a discount code for a future Capcom PSN/XBLA/PC game (so $10 off SSFIV PC perhaps?)
Give it the BlazBlue treatment.
Artbook, OST, tutorial. That is honestly all that it needs and it should be the same price.
How about not having to pay for ALT costumes? I paid $20 extra, preordered by 3 months, and I got Balrog in a stars-and-stripes cape and had to pay for everything else. 
I want a crown that says the king of muay thai on it, I’ll shave my head bald n strut around with that bad boy on all day.
Add all the possible DLC for it and make it 10 dollars more and it’s still worth it.
Art book for sure, the movie and figures I could do without. Would like to see the OST on vinyl, but there won’t be enough demand :lol:

I heard from quite a few people that the arcade stick was pretty bad, good for a collectors item.
I’d like a better anime, maybe some exclusive costumes and something like the headband, like Ryu’s belt or something with the inscriptions. As for the EVO idea, they’d keep it appealing to all people wanting to pick the game up, and not everyone can make it to EVO unfortunatly so it’d be a bit of a pointless item. If i lived in America however i’d probably say otherwise.

The idea for discounting Evo would be pretty cool, though highly unlikely. Although Evo was a huge hit on many different levels this year I find it pretty unlikely that Capcom is going to strike up any deals with what really comes down to a single tournament.

Honestly discount evo is a retarded idea. When Capcom sells this game they don’t want to sell it to us because they know we are going to buy it already, we don’t need convincing. They are going to try and sell it to the mainstream audience.

I’d really just like to see this collector’s edition be a bigger scale…Everything in the sf4 CE just seemed small and not so significant.
OST and all paid DLC would be the minimum stuff we should expect from a collector edition.
It’s only natural they complete Ryu’s outfit for us.
What I want for Super SFIV Collector’s Edition:
- Ryu’s Mitts, one size fits all.
- Behind the scenes DVD at the development of Super SFIV, character design, art, etc.
- Deck of playing cards with Rose theme on it.
- Sakura’s panties.

Hmm, Idk…my Ryu figure lasted quite a few drops and nothing ever happened to it, I’d like to see a Makoto or Guy figure. Those are the coolest characters IMO.
And Idk about all you guys wishing for the DLC paid, that is highly unlikely in my eyes.
It’s extremely unlikely. But this is a thread about wishlists and requests right? =P. We can dream.
Seriously though, if this is as much of a fan service as they seem to be aiming for, the alternate costumes should ALL be available without DLC, even if you have to unlock them by playing through Arcade with the character (no characters to unlock, so costumes could work). It’s nice to be able to mix up the attire, or have a signature costume you become known for even within your own small social circle (presuming you’re not ‘famous’ or well known within the fighting game scene).
