ditto with C. Viper’s ultra ONE. she could have people fall out of it in SF4 and I’ve seen it happen in SSF4 as well. If you fall out, Viper’s going to get punished.
Same with Sagat’s ultra. in SF4 vs certain chars weird shit could happen. Sometimes the last hit would miss entirely, or not come out at all.

I did see this thought “Rocks - Hit back increased” so rocks hit people further away now? so Cody’s ability to combo off rocks has been reduced… dear god what the hell is capcom doing

Only thing I’d change about U2 is giving the initial dust cloud a little more hitstun… U1 is the ultra that’s lacking right now.
Could be the hitstun that increased. Or a bullshit change, I know there’s a few of those floating around since it’s hard to properly test in a competitive environment.
If ultra 2s wrench misses it should stop there. Would make going for 1 hit as ultra safe and make juggles worth that extra little damage ex. F+hk to u2. A couple times i thought f+hk to ultra would kill and i became victim to the magic pixel then died.
I think you guys misread. I said if the wrench WHIFFS it should stop. If it connects block or hit it should go still. I’m saying it would make it more viable for anti air, whether going for the one hit to wrench juggles, or just fulls hits off the dust. They wouldn’t be able to punish you if you did it as anti air and it hit them. As it is now, going for one hit ultra 2 as anti air is a bad idea since its very hard for only 1 hit to connect, and sometimes you get 1 hit and the wrench still whiffs. It wouldn’t affect its use for chip at all.
^that would be too good. u2 does GOOD damage and has quick start up. compare it to seth’s u1 for instance. But hittin only with dust should just be safe against airborne.
on a side note: they need to improve the dust hit xx pipe miss thing on the ground, tho.
Kinda hard to tell, he was mostly jumping or dashing, and the only times he was walking forwards was when Yang couldn’t tech a knockdown. I dunno about c.mk being faster, keep in mind it’s just some camcorder a few feet away, not a 60 fps direct feed. That being said, I feel like bad stone is a hair faster, but I’m probably just dreaming.
Cody seems the same from that video. Might not be looking hard enough but it looks the same to me.
Noticed Wong getting annoyed everytime he got his by a EX bingo. Thats about it though.
WOAH!!! THAT’S DOPE, the moment the player took a walk back I was sold… and at first I thought ex bingo distance was an issue, but I think its actually an improvement I think its not as unsafe anymore.
definitely i keep trying to eye that shit and see the difference…if i have to do that its simply not there …perhaps bein as though the cody mostly stuck to dashing and walking its not enough instances of walking
