SSF4 Bison Hitbox

Oh so that’s why meaty proejctiles do not exist in this game.Because the projectiles have a match-box for hitbox.I guess they only hit because the characters have half the scren for their vulnerable hit box.

So EX PC is no longer throwable on start up? Is there a blue box their or no?

Aww, me dissapoint :frowning: And there was me thinking Capcom had a sense of humour. Gosh darned it.

There’s no blue box on startup, but Bison’s still throwable during the active portion. Basically it behaves the same as vanilla.

I REALLY wish dictator had a reliable anti air.

On paper, s.mk and s.hk looks really bad…the red hit box is right in the middle of a giant green hit box. And c.hp looks worst than I thought it was. I bet capcom didn’t even bother to adjust the hit boxes for super, people saying it feels different are just having a placebo effect.

And c.mk owns.

edit: no wonder Devil’s Reverse suck…jesus, they couldn’t have put a bigger green hit box around it.

You and me both, really frustrating seeing that even Sakura has a better AA normal than Bison her cr.fierce is evil all I am gonna say, you can’t cross up a Sakura who knows how to use that move the char that to me is supposed to have better footsies than anyone outside of chun. Not going to get into Rog, Chun, or Guiles AA normals…

I got the hitbox data recently as well…

look at the headstomp hitbox… man that’s kinda lame. If it had more of a rectangular hitbox we wouldn’t be having tracking issues with it.

Yeah but can you imagine the whining that would happen if headstomp ever got fixed?

GS i really respect you for posting this up. I have a better understanding of space bison controls with normals.

They’d still be able to dash away from it or reversal/jump back. The problem with it right now is that they can take one small baby step and make it completely whiff which is retarded. A lot of times when the headstomp whiffs, the player on the receiving end didn’t even plan to do it… it just kinda happened and they get free damage.

I know, believe me I know. I bitch about headstomps retarded tracking almost daily these days. Kinda sad that DR is more useful.
