SSF4 Arcade Edition 2012 complete Gouken

I figure out how to use Kara throw but from what you put is Kara focus and Kara hado better to use then Gouken’s Kara throw. Also I like using Kara throw when I do demonflip dive kick into St. mp, and then do Kara throw into backthrow. I got my friends a few times with the Kara throw.

The extra range from Kara focus is pretty big, especially since Gouken steps forward when he does his focus. I have yet to use in a game but it was pretty damn sweet looking in training.

I used Kara-hado vs guile the other day. Spent about 60 seconds kara hadoing him to the other side of the screen. He kept backing up when doing his booms, I kept moving forward without having to give up any ground in the fireball game

Kara-hado and Kara focus how to do?

You press the kara button

Same way you do Kara throw only you do focus instead of throw or a fireball instead of throw.

Once you know how to kara it’s all the same shit.

st.far.HK is the best to use.

and do the the appropiate, hado/focus/grab a split second after.
If your HK foot comes out you did it too late, if you don’t move you did it too early.

Super can link after cl.st.MK on hit, but I dont think it is +3 on hit.

This is why Supers are too weird.

I just punished HK Dankyaku on block and Balrogs light dash straight on hit. My friends, we are the proud owners of a 2f Super.

Edit part 2: Some things I’ve been reversaling with our Super that should be -2
Viper light thunder kuckle(when spaced well we will whiff though, but we actually have a lot of ranges it isn’t, pity M knuckle is -1)
Dudley MGB and SSB light are both -2 and the rest even worse
Our very own c.MK on block
Ken step kick from pretty good distance

There have been some -2 things that I couldn’t but I assume that’s probably due to active frames or AE changes I just don’t know from the top of my head.

Holy shit, this is kinda big. This should help in many matchups.

I’ve been wondering if I could because I could punish some (but NOT ALL) -5 stuffs with 1+5 supers.

In reality it is 3f, but it acts like 2f ones when punishing/comboing some stuffs.

But what’s even more weird is that linking super after normals that give +3 on hit feels like 1f link, while linking super after normals that give +2 on hit feels like 1f link as well.

I feel like punishing with super is a fucking joke. You get so much leeway because of the reversal window whereas if you are punishing with a normal you get no leeway.
