Honda:
U2 should be preferable for Honda. It is pretty consistent to back teleport xx U2 against headbutts or descending butt slams. However, good players will probably not either of these too much, but it is still nice to have.
U2 can also be used as a safe jump option select to beat headbutts and the lk butt slam. Or you can option select back teleport xx U2 to beat all headbutts and all the butt slams if you cancel to U2 at specific times depending on the strength of the butt slam.
You don’t wanna be combo’ing st. hp xx tele xx u2 like JR did in that video against Honda and Vega. I think there are some other characters but I forgot. 
Adon:
I actually haven’t been practicing against Adon too much. But this is also another good matchup to use U2 in. Back tele xx U2 is a pretty good option to beat both jaguar kicks and tooths. Relatively easily react-able. A common situation to do this is when you block a cr. mp because Adon’s like to do cr. mp xx mk jag kick. Block the cr. mp, back tele, and then U2 if you see the jag kick. If you can react and do a hp srk also to beat the jag kick, that would be really helpful.
Also, I’m not sure but for the jaguar tooth, try testing out some normals. Try out st. mp, st. hp, st. hk, and cr. hp against it. I actually do not know and do not have a Super copy to test it out. Go test it for me please. 
Adon’s uppercut has good invincibility but it’s not too hard to stuff. It’s very similar to Sagat’s uppercut (5 frame startup and invincibility iirc). Delay your demon flip so it has the timing of a meaty demon flip throw, and then press kicks at the top of your arc while aiming at his head. However, it’s important to note that Adon wakes up wayyy faster than other characters.
You also can do a meaty demon flip palm (or jumping hk) as a safe jump. It’s a 2-frame window for the safe jump, but it’s awkward again because of his wakeup timing.
Cross up Tatsu’s are good as well.
Bison:
Demon flip grab can get punished if he EX psycho crusher. It’s gay. If he back teleports, I think you are too far to punish him. Also gay.
Demon flip palm (or jumping hk) option select :hk: Tatsu will whiff pass EX psycho (kinda rare though; you will often get hit), catch the back teleport (and can juggle with a hp srk), miss (but is safe) against EX headstomp/reverse, and hit if he backdashes.
Demon flip palm (or jumping hk) option select :lk: Tatsu will hit EX psycho from the behind, whiff if he back teleports (safe though), whiff (but safe) against EX headstomp/reverse, and hit if he backdashes.
Demon flip palm (or jumping hk) option select U1/Super will catch if he backdashes, EX psycho or back teleports (not forward teleport) and miss if he EX headstomp/reverse.
Oh and all these option selects fail if he EX scissor kicks.
