If a Rose activates U2 point blank (which has 4f recovery), if you did a reversal demon (a demon inputted in the animation of the ultra), would it grab Rose or would you get hit by the orbs? Because I know the ultra demon is a 4f grab, and there is invincibility so I was wondering.

True story, I did a point blank Super IMMEDIATELY after her U2 was done and she could jump away

rose is completely safe on U2. don’t fuck with it. seriously.
also, big thing for rose, don’t fish for counterhits. she will get them, all of them. when close, don’t press buttons.
So best thing when rushed down or stuck in a corner against a Rose is just to tele out? Is there anything she can do on reaction or an OS that punishes teles?

Use fireballs, be careful with air hado’s because he can headbutt you on the way down sometimes. You can also easily safe jump his headbutt on wake-up or even in general.
for honda try to stay grounded most of the time.
his NJ.HP owns demon flip.
play fireball game and make him jump until he get tired lol. and if he’s doing unnecessary nj.hp you can always walk up and try to sweep him or be abit daring walk up c.mk hado.
try not to bother with jump back fireball at the peak, only low air fireball as well when he’s baiting for it. jump back mp/hp can hit him out of the headbutt but hard to aim and might trade.
best way is patiently try to score a knockdown from sweep is most likely.

Damn, Ibuki really is a nightmare for Akuma. She has an answer for everything he does, I’m getting out-poked in-close, teleport gets neck-broke, and this particular Ibuki likes chipping me to death with her slash kicks. =/

why not? your safejump O/S DP beats every choice he has. if you managed to enforce they “BLOCK or get DPed” into their mind then you can start mixing it up with air grab or safejump into c.lk,clp,tatsu bnb reset with c.hk
x-tatsu is not a good choice all the time unless you have installed block into them, else they can auto-correct headbutt/ultra which will kill akuma straight away.
of course you can always screw up their headbutt and punish them with ultra from behind.

You are just as much a nightmare for her as she is for you.
The first rule is don’t teleport. She is too mobile so a good Ibuki will catch you every time. To get out of her wake up pressure learning how to focus dash on wake up will get you out of her Kunai. You should also go easy on the fireballs because of all of her punishment options.
If you aren’t great at safe palm set ups then you will have a lot of trouble with her. She has none of her wake up options can get around a safe jump or beat a flip palm except for Ultra 1. She is practically free on wake up so make sure to use every knockdown to your advantage.
^ Thanks. Those that watched my shitty vids know that I’m not too fond of DF palm unless I’m trying to throw on landing. It’s not intentional though, so I’ll definitely work on it. Can a well-timed DF dive kick stuff EX up-kicks? I couldn’t do it to her yet. The particular player I faced had really good defense, out of about 15 fights I could only knock her down for vortex maybe 12 times.
I would recommand to be careful with fireballs anytime he got his super.
But jumping on honda is easy as hell since a well timed (really not that hard) demon flip kick will beat ALL his options (hits sumo press and doscois even in ex).
+As it has been said, you can put a OS DP in every safejump you do.

Once you get the option Ibuki has on wakeup and here wierd hitbox, it’s kind of “easy” to put pressure on her at this time.
I dont know the matchup perfectly but i recommand doing a tatsu HK OS which is the best solution (at least that’s what worked well when I played) to prevent backdash and stuff.
Maybe i’m wrong but she is the kind of character which is easy to jump on (not necessary with demon palm since OS work great aswell with kick) once you are confident with your/her options.
AFAIK, her EX Dragon Kick beats dive-kick while her regular HK DK trades with it. The thing with Ibuki is that she’s got some crazy mix-ups and reset combos. But you can easily [media=youtube]_rlKX5j-zh4#t=5m29s"[/media] to her as well.
