yeah… such an unfair trade… i thought it was 5 frames which woulda been a less sucky trade but 1 we gain 1 frame? that’s almost useless.
It currently has a 8 frame start up in super.

it’s 8 frames in super, 6 frames in ae
ch is 0 at VERY MAX RANGE, maybe a pixel or two of tolerance but strong chances are you’ve miss spaced it. anything else is -3 (i tested various ranges and had people mash 3 frame uppers).

- u2 is shite and you’re only going to hit bad players with it or random out good ones. NOT good for anti cross up anymore.
- exrcf/hrcf cannot be combo’d into any new circumstances in ae. if it worked in super (counter hits and character dependent spacing so i hear) then it will work in ae. if it didn’t then it doesn’t.
- NO ONE has confirmed anything on EX-FBA. those rumours only came from the very start of the loctests last year and have never been confirmed.
I theorized a while ago that maybe EX FBA doesn’t have reduced damage and it’s just the fact that the damage to his normals has been reduced and people didn’t really think about that. Since most of the time you’re going to be hit confirming into EX FBA, but people are going to see reduced damage and automatically think it’s on the FBA.

I think I have also noticed the lower damage on a raw ex fba seems lower on the initial hit, probably 10-20 less I’ll try to get a video from school on Monday or something.

He did’nt do so well in this one…but check out this guy Yamasan he makes Isotope look like a noob…also we have Saj a pretty decent vega who among other things once beat Uryo’s Sakura…togeter they made and all vega team…there was actually another all vega team in the same tournament but they where crushed by some zanguief…

Ok guys. I know demand has been high (sarcasm), but I am putting this crap to rest. Ex FBA does do less damage, and I have pictures to prove it. Both of the pictures are of abel on the player 1 side being hit with a raw ex FBA from 100% health. The left image is AE, and the right is from super.
not quite proof yet. the right could be a counterhit.
Could someone also confirm abel didnt get a health increase?

You want me to do it again for you? The resolution doesn’t change the hp bar matching abel’s name, but if you MUST have the full screen, then so you will get.
I also have to mention I did this with a friend at the arcade, and I did that in training mode at my house it isn’t counter hit or anything like that.

cr. MK is 6 frames instead of 8 frames in? SSF4, the damage of cr.MP decrease from 70 to 60, and also the damage for cr.HK (sweep) decrease from 110 to 90. The command move down forward HK, on block disadvantage is now -4 instead of -1 in SSF4. The ex rolling claw (46pp) has 2 frames better advantage on block and hit, now is 0/+4. The wall bounce air throw (28k) has increased range from 0.60 to 0.77. The super move throw range increase from 0.80 to 0.91
I asked the user “ViperRX” who posted a video talking about gouken’s frame data changes from the guide, and I asked him about changes that vega has received, and he gave me this response. I assume what he said was accurate, but of course take it with a grain if you’d like. although not sure if it was all inclusive. Credit for the above info goes to him.
