I think it’s the same as SFIV on the PS3. Networks are connected worldwide but to get the menus in Japanese, set you PS3 language to Japanese, by system detection, SFIV’s menus will be in Japanese, as for voices and etc, go into the sound options for English/Japanese voices.

alright, i was excited as im about to order my MADCATZ arcade fight stick… but then i found these threads… make me turn around and just walk away from madcatz… shake head…
If you only search for the bad, you will find bad.
Just count up all the posts in each thread and you’ll see that most of them are from 2009. Mad Catz has addressed all these known issues and if you do end up with a non-working stick it’s not the end of the world, you can fix it yourself or have Mad Catz fix it for you.
All the SF4 players I know locally mainly use TE FightSticks and I can safely say that the majority of them have no stick/button problems because week after week I see them using the same TE FightSticks! That speaks volumes about the design quality and that you shouldn’t be having any doubts about it.
I’m not sure if you’ve ever used one before but once you do, you won’t want to use anything else!
The TE sticks are one of the best sticks out there IMO, there’s a reason why the SE sticks were a fraction cheaper than the TE sticks. I own a SE stick and while I do agree that the stick needs swaps, it’s an alternative to those who couldn’t afford a TE stick. I eventually upgraded my SE stick and it works great now!
Wait, is it really a dl voucher? If so I’m gonna end my hunt for the ps3 JP CE, theres no point since typing in a code couldn’t possibly be region locked? Looks like there are plenty of 360 JP CE’s available.
