vs vega, i like your vega, i mean sure it was annoying as hell cause you were constantly backdashing away from me and staying away, im guessing cuase you wanted me to come at you. I have little vega experience with gouken and even less with abel. when i was abel i kind of didnt know what to do, im still trying to learn him as he is my secondary character. since you kept away from me almost always i would try to close the gap with wheel kick, bad idea. you punished just about everyone that didnt touch you or hit you too deep. good stuff there. also , i liked how you consistently comboed in your low pokes with ex wall dive and how you changed the timing of your wall dive to smack me in the air as i would go up to punish. when i was using gouken vs your vega, the you keeping away wasnt as big a problem cause i dont like you in my face anyway. i dont know exactly what you are supposed to do with vega in general, but you may want to be in my face more cuase i dont like that.
vs sagat. In general it seemed like you are still learning him, you didnt do too many block strings or pressure me that much and you threw out TOO many TU’s which lead to your demise. reserve those TU’s for when they are garunteed or you can FADC out if i block. You lost quite a few matches cuase you just thew them out there.

BizziB (Ryu) vs. Final Goose (Abel/Boxer)
vs. Abel
- After facing your Boxer, I assume Abel is your secondary.
- You have a good rushdown with Abel, but
- You mistimed or didn’t execute his links.
- Be wary of throwing out those CoD’s on block which I punished a lot with DP->Ultra if I had it. If you see it being blocked FADC out and dash backwards.
- You canceled into his Super one round which was very nice. Tighten up those links to peform his Ultra more consistently.
vs. Boxer
- Your Boxer is well above average.
- Your knowledge of his range with pokes was impressive.
- You used advanced knowledge of his frame traps and frame advantages on pokes. You recognized blocked strings and successful combos and adjusted your play accordingly nearly every time.
- You capatilized on nearly every mistake I made. It was pretty late and I was playing sloppy at times, most notably throwing out close fireballs which you countered with a headbutt into Ultra/Super nearly 95% of the time it seemed.
- Speaking of Ultra/Super combos, I don’t think I’ve ever faced a Boxer who landed as many Supers as you did. It literally felt like everytime you landed a headbutt you backed it up with a stored Ultra/Super.
- Going back to #4, I began to bait some whiffed headbutts. I noticed you do throw them out a lot, sometimes random anticipating me jumping or throwing a fireball. When you did hit me, were you just being psychic or actually reacting to me throwing fireballs most of the time?
- I baited a lot of Turn Punches which I DP’d into Ultra.
- I also landed a fair share of wakeup DP’s into Ultra, but this was 50/50 as the match progressed. Sometimes you baited this, sometimes you didn’t. This all comes down to a guessing game.
- Overall, you made me feel very uncomfortable playing against your Balrog. Even though we ended up with 50% w/l ratio, you definitely took me out of my zone most games.
vs RoughChimera
good games, lag was less of an issue, but still an issue. one thing (the only thing i can say cuz of the lag) is do less SRK’s, those got me at first but then i noticed you whiffed em a lot so all i had to do is just walk forward block and punish. I can’t comment on links because im sure the lag messed u up as well.
