Why me?
Hard to put my finger on. You seem to be acting weird.
Your reaction’s pretty insightful also.
I just noticed AC posted this on page 1 and it stood out as a pretty bold post in a relatively tame day 1 so far, I’m surprised no one else has mentioned it so just to refresh everyone’s memory:
AC isn’t ringing any alarm bells for me (what cheapskate uses bells as an alarm system at least invest in a big dog!) however, he’s been name dropped quite a bit so far and as everyone knows I like to get the ball rolling early where everyone else is too scared to make any provacative posts for fear of being suspected and lynched with the quickness as I usually am, but that’s one of the sacrifices I’ve made time and time again. Anyways I’m tempted to lynch AC simply because his death could give us a lot more to go on for a successful day 2 lynch than say lynching anyone else.
If another target including myself is more likely to yield fruit for the civs then I’m all ears.
In the Team fortress blue game he was pretty quiet until he was suspected and the noose started tightening around him, then he posted a shit storm and in his laft gasp instead of trying to help us win juts posted aMichael Jackson fuck you gif.
@ForgeDigger sorry, I saw the elf pic and jumped right on it.
I’m not telling you to stop, but I will be watching you closely.
And this isn’t the first time you’ve contributed like this.

I’m not too sure what to think just yet. I think it’s to early to have an opinion at the moment.

We all have a general sense of each others typical play style which makes it a bit more meta for us, but you guys are the newbies so we have no choice, but to look at you as liabilities the longer this game progresses. The nightmare scenario is for most of the newbies to survive late game and the few experienced players left will have no read on anyone being forced to guess who is mafia leaving the game to pure slimchance not skill and mafia wants that ideally.
So you guys are going to have to really take a proactive approach to this game and fight for your survival, prove your usefulness by paying attention to every single post, find patterns, find contradictions, make note of everyone’s motives, and especially who they say they will vote for compared to who they actually vote for.
Don’t be afraid to be wrong or make a mistake, trying to connect the dots and make an attempt to help the civ cause will most likely keep you alive longer than being too scared to have opinions and being a “wallflower”. Failure to take my advice and be an active participant in this game will result in your quick death and your pleas of innocence to fall on deaf ears.

Who are your 3-5 persons of interest and why? I’ll list reasons for mine later.
OZ no offense but you are in NO position to be calling out others, newbies or not, as being liabilities.

@Icege I’m curious about gcl’s placement on your list.
I can see duke/DG and forge. I have gcl ↓ as ignorant rather then Mafia but I’ve never played with him before.
So is there anything to the Fuzz lynch besides of “lol day 1” currently that I’m missing? I don’t like that you gave up that easily though Fuzz.
So this post kinda feels like you are trying to steer the thread a little. But I’ll bite.
I think wallflowers should be pushed constantly. No info will come out of them otherwise (whether to clear them or not). For this game, I would not rely on the new DQ process to “take care of them” whether they go for the DarkFlower playstyle or just because of straight up inactivity; the DQ rules were highlighted for this game multiple times. If a person knew they weren’t going to be active, I’m assuming they would not have signed up for this one. That said, mafia would have to be super yomi to try to wallflower again in light of last game’s outfall.
Now let’s take RECESSIONTIME for example. Last game he wallflowered as civ to the end, started speaking up, and got lynched for the loss. He wasn’t pressured nearly as much as the other vocal civs until mafia identified him as a lynchable target. You would not want someone playing like that in endgame. General mafia strat last game was to kill off all the strong voices (even through lynching) - we shouldn’t let that happen here.
Co Jones is guilty
The three posts he has made are all making me feel like he’s mafia.
@JasonC
Well, I do have to admit that I was fashionably late this time~
I’m not giving up, I’m just not trying to convince them to not vote for me. They’re under contractual obligations to cast votes against me, I can’t talk them out of that. If I had a suspect then I’d push him and ask that you don’t kill me, of course, but to be honest I don’t. So rather than try to get someone else lynched, I’d rather just No Lynch and not die. This is under the assumption that those 4 or so votes aren’t going anywhere.
And before I forget that I voted for myself jokingly earlier,
Nobody is Guilty <- No Lynch, I’m assuming
And thanks OZ, but I think I know how this game works, I’ve been around the block a few times.
@jasonC I am trying to direct conversation. Our two biggest posters, mp and pw are out this game so I need to drive the thread along if there’s any how of me getting useful Intel.
“What I want everyone to discuss is when we should lynch wallflowers”
"Well, it looks like you’re steering the thread"
lol
I don’t think we should have a consensus on when to lynch wallflowers. In a perfect world they could be lynched any phase, and that fear keeps them contributing constantly, if only at small levels, which is more useful IMO than someone being talkative for a day then shutting it.
