SRK Mafia XVIII: Phoenix Wright - Back in Session -- SIGN UPS CLOSED!

Take that with a grain of salt though Pimp, because there had been no discussion of any kind of post requirement at that point. You could make the argument that those 18 people don’t naturally post 10+ times a day, but it wasn’t a concern at the time.

Exactly, it wasn’t a concern and we still only had 7 people fall under this 10 post benchmark. It was surprising to me, I though on gut reaction it would be more people under 10 posts.

And 4 of those 7 were Mafia or dormant. That is my whole issue with post activity. But whatever. I’m still playing but I’m expecting this to go more or less exactly like the last game. We’ll see. I’ve also decided I’m not sharing shit this game or putting anywhere near as much energy into this because actually trying or asking questions equals death. I’m mostly here to see if anything is any different.

How much of previous games have you read? Wallflowers were usually civilian, not the other way around. This last game was an exception to that rule, obviously. I’m not trying to say your opinion should be ignored because you’re new, but in context last game’s wallflower power was unusual. It sounds like you’re just ignoring that fact entirely and acting as if Mafia have been winning these games for months using the strategy of holing up.

Yeah, in that game Wallflowering was a legitimate strategy taking advantage of the fact that usually wallflowers are just civilians that don’t feel like playing. Lulled everyone into a false sense of security and they paid for it. No such thing is happening here.

*I was curious, so I looked up how many times the mafia won in all of SRK’s history:

Game 2 (?? Not sure, odd wording for end game)
Game 4, SRK summer
Game 7, Ultimate MvC3 game
Game 9, South Park
Newbies only, Proving Grounds (Red Game)
Game 15, DBZ (Biggest amount of time between mafia wins, Super Syn is born)
Game 17, Attack on Titan

Out of 19 total games ran on SRK the Mafia side have only won 7 times.

I forgot I lost my first game.

@RadicaIFuzz‌ You’re a jerk ;(

I won my first game against Magilla Gorilla.

It was funny cause I did terrible yet still won.

I believe between the proving grounds and game 15, we realized we had too much power creep on the civ side and started to be more conscious of it. All these cool roles and mafia is just sitting here getting ass raped

Don’t remind me of Proving Ground. It’s another one of my shames.

*Civs had some nice roles in Attack on Titan as well. Conceptually I mean. Since, you know, outside of Zoe and Hannes no one got to use their roles.

  • I forgot you were in the red game with me. That game still makes me sick. I still remember you getting mad at BullDancer for getting lynched when he was out investigator. Man, we played like shit. *

#blu4life

I’m just mad that I literally let GR skate through the entire game for free because it seemed too obvious that he was Mafia. That’s the last time I’m EVER making that mistake.

Funny how in the last game, I called out DG as my day 2 lynch right away because of his last minute lynch vote. Everyone told me to back off. and my logic wasn’t even right because there was no need to save c_k. If only I followed through!

I’m mad I still haven’t murdered @Vynce with my own hands.

1: It helped that you went after Synonym first. I can’t overstate this enough. He came up clean which devalued your reads.

2: How hard peopled pressed you on snapvoting me at the beginning of the day 2. It’s one thing to be weary of Super Syn, it’s another thing to be suspicious of little ole me. You never gave a reason as to why you suspected me and instead used your vote as a way to gauge how I, and others, would respond to it. Maybe it’s just how I interpreted your action, but it read as a feint and not an action you were really committed to. You also played on your heels after Fuzz, Bious and Skizzz rebuffed you.

Why did you suspect me anyway? *

*Shiiiiit. I remember day 1 I said I liked how he played in South Park and said that he’d make a sneaky good recruitment and how he responded set off some alarms. I should have went after him after that.

Or when he did those BS trust list posts.

Or when we were in Lynch or lose and he got scared as fuck that he was going to get lynched. So did Mobius. And we still let him off the hook.

I really hate the memory of that game. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t use it as motivation though. *

After that game, and essentially blowing my first time being a Vig, I’m more motivated than ever. I will not lose here.

Don’t say that, it hurts more when you care. Look at Fuzz.

I’m in.

Can we run Skype mafia while this game is still running? I’m very keen to play it.
